WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

TSTC is seeking a full-time Project Analyst to provide project support and guidance on a federal contract. Candidate will plan and provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development. Provide recommendations, contributing and preparing briefings for business, management, technology, operational processes and procedures. provides the business / financial / management / analyst focused on the coordination, accounting, planning and administration functions. Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. Develop service catalog information in SharePoint environment, including development of project management process sites to enable project tracking, project request management, risk management, and knowledge management. Build and implement use of templates (such as sample project plans, charters, business cases, risk registers, and risk management guides) to enable project management standardization across the organization. Implement processes to capture and document defined required project execution criteria and documentation including project management process approaches to structure and processes. Provide development and implementation support for project prioritization and resource allocation using pre-defined criteria, measurement, and reporting. Facilitate use and training of tools such as MS Project, SharePoint Environment. Serve as the project support to project managers including assisting with creating project plans, coordinating project activities, and tracking project activities progress to ensure forward movement.

Who Are You?

• At least 8 years of experience of project support for any government agency
• Understand standard business techniques such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Project Rigor, and DHS SELC.
• Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects and adjust to quick shifts in client priorities while meeting all mission requirements.
• Detailed and process oriented.
• A team player, capable of working with multiple groups for a common goal.
• Able to balance priorities and tasks.

Security Clearance and Where You’ll Work

$90,000 - $120,000 a year
