Business Analyst

Looking for a good BA profile with experience in Entertainment / Hospitality.

• Must have skills- Requirements Gathering and documentation, As-Is and To-Be Process documentation, Gap analysis , future state definition
• 10+ years of Business analysis and process documentation experience
• Ability to independently work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and manage effective documentation
• Ability to understand processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement
• Well versed with Agile ways of working
• Ability to work with onsite - offshore teams
• Experience in Entertainment / hospitality industry and understanding of the end to end value chain
