Position Title : Accountant (with US Real Estate experience)

Work Set-up : Work From Home

Salary : Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule : 8 : 00 PM 5 : 00 AM PH Time

We're looking for a highly skilled Accountant with experience in property management systems. This role will handle core accounting functions such as accounts payable tracking, transaction coding, and financial reporting, while also playing a key part in providing insights to improve an AI-driven property accounting tool. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited to work with innovative systems, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities as an Accountant :

Core Accounting Tasks

• Perform accurate coding, posting, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable including invoice tracking and expense categorization.
• Maintain property-level financial data with precision and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and interpret financial statements and supporting reports.
