Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Job Responsibilities : Troubleshoot and resolve errors in ServiceNow configuration. Analyze functional requirements and provide high-level estimates for configuration and customization. Support testing efforts for ServiceNow development and deployments. Configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with various internal and external systems. Implement ServiceNow configurations for clients, including integration with HR systems and IT tools such as Dynatrace. Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows, and integrations to build custom applications within ServiceNow. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Qualifications : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to document technical requirements and proposed solutions. Experience with domain separation and automation / orchestration processes within ServiceNow. ServiceNow certifications in Administration, Implementation, or Application Development; ITIL and ServiceNow Implementer certifications are preferred. Experience working with a Content Management System is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in application programming.
