About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for our Devices Product and Technology teams across North & South America. This is a high-impact role where youll own the full recruiting lifecyclefrom sourcing and engagement to offer negotiationwhile partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $130000 and $145000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical location. What youll be doing

• Own Full-Desk Recruiting : Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles including sourcing screening interviewing and closing.
• Strategic Talent Partner : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers providing market insights talent strategies and data-driven recommendations.
• Deep Sourcing Expertise : Build and maintain strong pipelines using advanced sourcing techniquesBoolean search social media niche platforms and direct outreach sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Experience Champion : Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication timely feedback and personalized engagement.
• Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends competitor movements and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows and establish scalable best practices that benefit the entire team.
