About the Role
As the R&D Product Development Manager , you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product offerings. You will lead the development of new and improved food and beverage products, using both existing and innovative raw materials. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide a team of chemists and lab technicians, and ensure that every product meets our high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all product development projects within the R&D departmentLead the formulation of Juice Concentrates, Flavor-Based, and Beverage-Based productsGuide and mentor R&D Chemists and Lab TechniciansEvaluate product feasibility based on production capabilities and technological resourcesPerform cost analysis and establish suggested selling pricesReview and approve all product specification sheets and master formulasCollaborate with customer technical teams to meet and exceed development expectationsEnsure all developed products comply with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standardsProvide technical assistance to customers and Sales teams, including on-site supportOversee the transition of new products from lab to production, ensuring quality and efficiencyMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments such as QC, Analytical, and Production.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related field (required)Minimum 4 years of management or supervisory experience in R&D or food product development.Strong sensory evaluation skills (taste and aroma acuity required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and solid mathematical aptitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Flexibility to travel to client facilities as needed (Primary reporting location : San Fernando, CAWhy Join Us?
