• Dates of coverage : ASAP; estimated credentialing 90-120 days but possibility for sooner
• Rate type : hourly
• Schedule : flexible; 5 shifts per week, including weekends. 40-hour weeks, 7 am-3 pm approximately
• Total beds : 63 beds; highly variable
• EMR : CDHR (proprietary system; training required)
