Their diverse portfolio includes over 20 unique brands with a strong domestic heritage, such as Argeta, Barcaffe, Grand kafa, Donat, Cedevita, Cockta, Smoki, and tark, which are available in over 40 markets worldwide. In addition to their food and beverage offerings, they also manage a successful chain of pharmacies.

Our client boasts a robust distribution network, featuring more than 500 vehicles that deliver products from 16 distribution centers to over 60,000 sales points. This enables them to ensure seamless distribution of their own brands as well as those of key partners, including Ferrero, Wrigley, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, MARS, Duracell, HIPP, SAB Miller, and many more. As a Sales Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and market presence in Germany.

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop a growth strategy, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Research and identify new business opportunities. Stay ahead of market trends and identify potential areas for business expansion.
• Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Understand and assess the needs of customers and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards at retail locations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
• Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management.
