Schedule Details :

  • Self-Scheduled
  • Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)
  • FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
  • Schedule : Two Mondays and two Fridays per six-week cycle, along with one weekend and two holidays annually.
  • Training : RNs will receive essential training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and charge nurse responsibilities.

As an Internal Flex Pool nurse, you will rotate through various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. Each shift presents unique opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

    Responsibilities :

  • Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing (2 years preferred).
  • Flexibility : Availability to fulfill the schedule requirements outlined above.

    • Training and Skills :

  • All RNs will gain training in :
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NIHSS (Stroke Scale)
  • IV Ultrasound
  • Charge Nurse cross-training to refine leadership skills.

    As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, effective communication, and collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your role will involve ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will work closely with patients and their families, fostering therapeutic relationships throughout their healthcare journey.

    Licenses & Certifications : Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

    Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program is essential.
