Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

6+ month contract | $25–40 / hr W2 + benefits

We’re hiring a Production Designer to support design deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll attend design and prototyping sessions, color and content reviews, and occasionally photoshoots. Your main responsibilities will include preparing accurate print-ready files that align with die lines, as well as creating decks for leadership review.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and refine production files for print with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate in design sessions and reviews, supporting outcomes of key deliverables
  • Work on presentation decks and other design materials for leadership
  • Adapt to evolving priorities, problem-solve independently, and manage tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design (or related field)
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) — intermediate to advanced preferred
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and tools like Keynote
  • Self-driven, flexible, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations
