Bug Zero is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team. In this role, you'll help businesses across the region solve real problems-protecting their property, employees, and customers from pests. What You'll Do

• Generate new commercial accounts through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest risks unique to each business
• Design and present tailored pest management service plans that fit the client's needs and budget
• Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting → inspection → proposal → close
• Represent Bug Zero with professionalism in the field and in the community
• Enjoy a local sales territory with no overnight travel or long-distance drives
