What Youll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently
  • Perform repairs maintenance and installations of household plumbing systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Recommend additional services upgrades or preventative solutions (e.g. tankless water heaters water filtration systems service plans)
  • Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options
  • Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software
  • Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle
  • Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques
