Brand & Service Design Senior Manager

Accountabilities
- Lead major brand and service design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of brand, service, and content designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Evolve and refine the brand system to be more expressive, cohesive, and scalable across all channels.
- Provide clear design direction, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand alignment.
- Build systems, guidelines, libraries, and workflows that support efficient and scalable brand implementation.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to create experiences that reflect strategic priorities and resonate with users.
- Raise the bar on design execution, bringing strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking creative approach.
- Travel periodically for workshops, team collaboration, and leadership alignment.
