We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position located in our St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati or Boston office. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process

Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions or divisions

Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates

Build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions

Complete ad hoc projects for the recruiting team, as needed

5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting required

Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or related

Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system

Experience managing multiple hiring managers and partnering with leadership

Bachelor's degree preferred
