Location : Tacoma, WA (75%+ travel in region)
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role is all about accountability, coaching, and field execution. You’ll spend most of your time alongside reps—observing, coaching, and helping them succeed—while ensuring our sales process and tools are fully adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team in meeting annual targets.
- Spend 3–4 days a week in the field : ride-alongs, prospecting, customer meetings, and live coaching.
- Run structured 1 : 1s to review pipeline, activity, and results.
- Drive full adoption of HubSpot CRM and the GSR accountability platform.
- Monitor performance metrics, forecast accurately, and ensure pipeline discipline.
- Onboard and ramp up new hires with structured 90-day plans.
- Build and maintain strong presence with key accounts, supporting reps on high-stakes opportunities.
- Partner with the Director of Sales / General Manager on territory strategy, growth plans, and cross-functional alignment.
- Foster a safe, accountable, and high-energy sales culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams.Strong field presence with ability to model professional selling behaviors.CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred).Deep understanding of sales accountability (Mike Weinberg framework a plus).Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.Willingness to travel 75%+ across the region.Why Join Us
