job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide exceptional service to clients by handling personal and small commercial lines accounts (70% personal 30% small commercial). Respond to inbound calls and client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with quoting new and renewal business. Support the agency in implementing a new agency management system. Collaborate with the agency owner to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Engage in sales activities to contribute to the agencys growth (not required but preferred). Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines and small commercial lines. Familiarity with Erie and Progressive insurance products is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to a growing agency. Experience with various agency management systems is a plus. Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time in the future.

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent / Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency. This is a temp-to-hire part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal and small commercial lines a proactive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional client service. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate : $25 / hour (approximately $40000 - $45000 annual base salary for part-time work)
