What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our partner acquisition and engagement strategy. This is a high-visibility, high-energy role where you’ll be representing Cytracom in person and online—sparking conversations, building relationships, and helping MSPs discover how Cytracom can power their success.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Representing Cytracom at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetups—creating connections and generating leads
  • Proactively prospecting via outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms to identify new MSP opportunities
  • Following up quickly and thoroughly on leads from marketing, campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Participating in New Partner Meetings (NPMs), onboarding calls, and early-stage follow-ups
  • Building rapport with partner stakeholders and encouraging deeper engagement
  • Communicating Cytracom’s value with clarity, authenticity, and energy
  • Collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to qualify and transition opportunities
  • Logging all activity and partner touchpoints accurately in our CRM
