Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist

CSA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist who will specialize in electronic classroom technical support.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact :

• Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available
• Ensure that Active Directory accounts are properly configured
• Assist customers in overcoming any challenges through monitoring and performance management
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network
• Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning
• Manage users and computers in an enterprise network

$60,000 - $80,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
