Our Lawrenceburg location is a 3 provider clinic, and is a perfect opportunity for a clinician looking to lead a smaller team and strengthen community ties. In addition to a competitive salary, we are offering a $5k annual rural incentive ! This is a great way to reach those professional and financial goals!

Our highly skilled team provides treatment interventions for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, general deconditioning, post-op, vestibular and also pelvic health cases. Education and growth are top priority at Upstream. As part of our commitment to developing passionate, skilled, and inclusive, evidence-based clinicians that demonstrate the highest form of professionalism, we have developed an 18-month Pelvic Health Development Program to provide support and resources for our clinicians to reach their full potential as a clinical specialist in the field of pelvic health. Program content is designed to help develop expertise in clinical reasoning, recognizing implicit biases, improving inclusive practice, focusing on external / internal pelvic health assessment for all pelvises, as well as improving manual therapy skills and pain science.

Clinic Hours :

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri : 7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Sat / Sun - Closed
