Recruiting Coordinator- Hybrid- Southeast Michigan

Our executive search team is growing, and were looking for someone who loves staying organized and keeping hiring projects moving. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of sourcing, data input, project coordination, and creative work. This position could work hybrid or mostly remote, being commutable to Bingham Farms, MI.

What youll do :

• Review applicants and source new talent across multiple platforms
• Reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, and update team on progress
• Clean and update database and project lists
• Keep hiring pipelines and prospect lists organized and up to date
