Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely assistance and information regarding our insurance products and services. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Process policy changes, claims, and renewals as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing the customer experience.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Bilingual is highly preferred. Spanish / Portuguese.
