Accounts Payable / Receivable Processor

Acara Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for our client in San Leandro, CA! We are seeking qualified candidates with : Accounts payable / Reciveable experience, preferably with a manufacturing organization Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Here's what you'll do : -Prepare, submit, and track invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for , including cost-plus, T&M, and firm-fixed price (FFP) agreements.-Manage accounts receivable for a mix of government, prime / subcontractor, and commercial customers, each with unique billing and payment terms.-Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions, collections, and communications.-Coordinate with Contracts, Program Management, and Finance teams to verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.-Reconcile customer accounts, respond to payment inquiries, and follow up on past-due balances.-Monitor accounts receivable aging and escalate collection issues as needed.-Support month-end close activities and cash forecasting.-Support accounts payable as needed.- Position Type : Contract (6 months) Pay : $25 to $30 / hr.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience in the manufacturing industry.-Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.-Experience with ERP / accounting systems (, Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle).-Familiar with the Preferred Skills / Qualifications : Experience with a manufacturing company. Experience with Cost Point or any ERP software.
