Job Description :
The Program Management Excellence (PMX) team within the Maritime Sector is looking to fill a Functional Lead role. The successful candidate should be an experienced Program Manager and / or Finance Manager who is well-versed in People, Process, and Tools best practices within the Aerospace & Defense industry. The successful candidate will serve as the enabler for Finance execution across all programs in the sector. The candidate must be able to lead cross-functionally with the other members of the Maritime PMX staff, Finance functional partners and the sector's IPTs to drive predictable program performance.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience or post-graduate degree and 10 years of experience or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance
10+ years of prior experience in Aerospace & Defense program management, Finance management and EVMS
Demonstrated ability to present to executives / management on important topics
Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically-dispersed teams
Ability to Travel at least 15%
Preferred Additional Skills :
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
Prior experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L)
Prior experience managing direct reports
Prior experience providing instructional training to program team(s)
Ability to Travel - up to 50%
