Landscaping Crew Member (Growth Track)

Location : DeWitt, MI

Compensation : $15$22 / hr depending on role & experience

We specialize in premium lawn, hardscape, and property improvement projects with services ranging from drainage and grading to snow removal. Who Were Hiring

Were expanding our team and have openings at multiple levels :

  • Crew Members / General Laborers No experience required. Training provided.
  • Experienced Landscaping Professionals Skilled in lawn care, hardscaping, and project support.
  • Crew Leaders / Foremen Experienced leaders ready to run projects and manage crews.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Complete hands-on lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping work.
  • Assist with grading and drainage improvements.
  • Participate in seasonal snow removal during winter months.
  • Maintain safe, clean job sites and equipment.
  • For leaders : supervise crews, ensure efficiency, and uphold company quality standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
  • Lift 50+ lbs and perform physically active work.
  • Landscaping experience (preferred for advanced roles).
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation.
