Description : IT Systems Manager
Reports to : Chief Executive Officer
Summary / objective
The Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise IT service management and service delivery practices, leading cybersecurity, and functioning as IT’s senior staff member—ensuring coordinated planning, budgeting, and execution across all technology functions. The IT System manager will provide a strong focus on Microsoft technologies ensuring the smooth operation, security, and maintenance of our IT systems, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, InTune, and resources in Microsoft Azure. Additionally, the IT System manager will provide support for business processes through designing basic solutions using the systems and tools in house. As a key member of our team, the IT System Manager will also serve as Tier 4 support for escalated issues from our managed services provider and assist in the administration of various business platforms, including ERP, Payroll, and EMR systems.

Supervisory responsibilities : This position does not involve any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Budgetary / Fiscal Responsibility : Responsible for using resources wisely to support cost-effective operations.

This position will exercise due diligence to prevent, detect, and report unlawful and / or unethical conduct by fellow co-workers, professional affiliates, and / or agents.
Policy and Procedure Interpretation and Development : Responsible for complying with all company and clinical policies and procedures. Participates in audit process as requested to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of privileged information and supports the employee’s and patient’s right to privacy.
