What You'll Do

As a Manager, Federal Tax Operations, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the preparation and review of Fortive's Federal income tax filings and US tax provision. This role requires a strong grasp of domestic tax concepts, exceptional analytical skills, and effective collaboration across teams. You should also be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Additional responsibilities may include :

• Research and document relevant tax laws and related tax positions.
• Support internal teams through subject matter expertise and training.
• Support Fortive's M&A and tax planning activities including due diligence, acquisition integration, and technical analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology and automation solutions
• Support our State Operations teams on strategic cross-functional projects and workstreams.
• Manage or support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00

This position is subject to ITAR. Candidates must either be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
