We are adding an entry‑level Managed Services Analyst to our team, who will play a crucial part in delivering value to enterprise customers. This person will be an integral part of our Managed Services team. This is a unique opportunity to join us at this early stage, where you will feel the impact of your work every day and have an open runway for growth. We are a remote‑first company and are open to candidates throughout the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do in the (entry‑level) Managed Services Analyst role :

• Support the managed services team as directed, which could include supporting customer questions, conducting internet research, and developing reports
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and tracking systems
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
