Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A unique opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support students in a dynamic educational environment located in Spokane, WA. This role involves providing essential psychological services across multiple schools, with travel required to various locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to offer insight on student development and behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Travel between school sites to deliver comprehensive psychological support.
Desired Qualifications :
Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in the state of Washington.Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations and developing IEPs.Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral interventions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and confidentiality.Willingness and ability to travel regularly between school locations as needed.Location :
