Swiss Screw Programmer – Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

As a Swiss Screw Programmer , you’ll play a key role in programming Citizen and Tsugami machines delivering efficient, accurate, and repeatable machining operations for high-performance components used in demanding applications. You will also have the opportunity to program parts for mill and mill turn machines as needed.

Responsibilities :

Program Swiss Screw, Mill-Turn, and Mill machines

Translate CAD models and drawings to G-code

Select tooling requirements, speeds / feeds, etc

Optimize machining performance and ability

Ceate set up sheets and machining documentation

Collaborate with other departments

Qualifications :

• High School diploma, GED, or trade school certification required
• 5+ years programming Swiss machines (Esprit or similar)
• Strong understanding of G-code
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
