About the Job

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong frontend skills and Shopify experience to maintain and evolve our high-traffic, customer-facing ecommerce website. You’ll work closely with our design and merch teams to build fast, scalable, visually stunning experiences—translating creative vision into performant code that delights millions of fans.

What You'll Do

Frontend Development

  • Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect pages using Next.js, TypeScript, and SCSS
  • Implement clean, component-based UIs using React, Hooks, and Context API
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across browsers and devices

Backend & Integration

  • Integrate and maintain backend functionality using the Shopify Storefront API
  • Deploy updates via Vercel CI / CD workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues and own bug fixes across both frontend and backend
  • Strategic & Collaborative

  • Partner with design, merchandising, and dev stakeholders to refine the ecommerce roadmap
  • Analyze site performance, user behavior, and suggest optimizations
  • Help shape short- and long-term features that drive user experience and conversion
  • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with fluency in React, Next.js, TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Storefront API (or similar headless commerce stack)
  • Understanding of GraphQL, Apollo, Tailwind CSS, and Headless UI
  • Familiarity with Git, VSCode, Figma, and performance / debugging tools
  • Proven experience delivering accessible, SEO-optimized, and cross-browser sites
  • Ability to work independently—this is not a mentorship role

    Bonus if You Have

  • Knowledge of Vercel, BambooHR APIs, or ecommerce analytics
  • UX / UI design principles
  • Gaming or fandom community interest
