Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) has been engaged by a leading organization in the energy manufacturing sector to identify an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer who can elevate supplier performance, reduce defects, and strengthen process excellence across a dynamic production ecosystem.

What You'll Do :

Ensure the quality of received components by reviewing supplier-provided data against drawings and specifications.

Analyze and report supplier performance metrics; identify trends and drive measurable process improvements.

Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with ISO / NADCAP and internal manufacturing standards.

Collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective actions, enhance process controls, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align on quality goals and performance outcomes.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management (required).

5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering , Manufacturing Quality Assurance , or Process Improvement .

Strong foundation in root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality metrics, and audit procedures .

Effective communicator who can influence teams and suppliers to achieve higher standards.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies .

Background in energy, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
