About this position :

We are seeking qualified intermittent Parking Attendants. Work opportunities are directly related to Seattle Center event schedules so hours of work will vary. Intermittent shifts are available on days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities :

Here is more of what you will be doing :

• Provide information about parking, events, and facilities.
• Sell parking and make change accurately and quickly.
• Prepare and submit bank deposit paperwork.
• Greet patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations.
• Prepare facility for daily operation by setting appropriate signage.
• Check facility for vandalism and pick up trash.

Additional Information :

This is an intermittent / on-call position with no guaranteed minimum number of hours. Hours are based on event schedules at Seattle Center.

The full salary range for this position is $25.98-$30.40 per hour. Temporary employees begin at step 1, which is $25.98 hourly. Intermittent employees do not get salary step increases. You'll also get premium pay that increases the more hours you work. (Starts at an additional 5% on top of your base rate, up to 25%!)

Driving Record - A current, "FULL" driving abstract from the Department of Licensing may be requested upon offer of employment. Pre-Employment Physical - Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment physical.
