Position Overview

The Web and Digital Communications Manager is the primary technologist within the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing ACE Scholarships' digital platforms. This hands-on role supports internal and external communications by managing the website, intranet, webinar infrastructure, digital knowledge bases, and email campaign systems.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Events, this role is both strategic and tactical - providing digital execution support to teammates while also leading select digital infrastructure projects independently.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Website & Digital Platform Management

• Maintain and update the ACE Scholarships websites (WordPress), including content uploads, layout changes, and plugin integrations.
• Lead development and content management for event-specific websites and microsites.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO alignment, and platform performance.

FLSA Status : Full-time, Exempt.

Compensation / Benefits

Annual Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to :

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education / certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total rewards package.
