We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can both estimate and lead commercial construction projects valued at $5 million and up. In this role, you’ll take ownership from bid to closeout, delivering high-quality results. If you’re an experienced PM who enjoys the full project cycle from pursuit through completion, this is a place to do meaningful work and make a direct impact.

What You’ll Do :

• Successfully bid construction projects to manage.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Deliver projects on schedule and under budget.
• Ensure owner satisfaction with construction process and end result.
