• Shop Manager – Stone Manufacturing Location : Franklin Park, IL Type : Full-Time Reports To : Operations Manager About the Role : We are seeking a proven and results-driven Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our high-output, high-quality custom stone fabrication facility.
• This position requires a confident, hands-on leader who understands the demands of a fast-paced production environment and can effectively manage people, processes, and resources.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of stone fabrication and a strong track record of leading teams to meet and exceed performance expectations in quality, throughput, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Do 1-on-1s with each member of the fabrication team with the objective of helping them set and reach their goals.  Requirements :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Working knowledge of safety protocols; OSHA certification preferred Comfortable using basic computer systems for scheduling and inventory Physical Requirements :
