• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
• years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT domains.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts (, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps).
• Proficiency in documentation tools (, MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git).
• Experience with video creation tools (, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
