We're searching for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team full-time. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of per diem therapists. You'll oversee Quality Assurance for PT / OT documentation, develop business opportunities, and promote BrightStar Care's services through outreach and education.

• Annual Salary $90,000 to $110,000

Duties and Responsibilities :

Physical Therapy : Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.

Business Development : Identify, build, and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. Represent the organization at community events, professional networking functions, and industry conferences.

Continuous Learning : Share innovative treatment methods and conduct in-service teaching.

Performance Assessments : Lead 90-day and annual evaluations for Per Diem Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

On-Call Support : Provide 24 / 7 assistance as part of the on-call rotation.

Travel : Travel within our territories for client care, business development utilizing a company vehicle

If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, are licensed in the state of California, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience, we'd love for you to lead the way in shaping lives through rehabilitation, and growing our skilled business.
