Charger Logistics is looking for a Parts Coordinator who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers. We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics to join the company as a Parts Coordinator.
Job Duties
- Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels
- Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department
- Work closely with Mechanics and Service Coordinators to assign parts and keep track of all issued parts
- Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database
- Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
- Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database
- Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
- Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
- Pick up parts from dealerships as needed
- Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
- Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum one-year experience as Parts clerk or coordinatorPost-secondary education preferredKnowledge of truck parts and equipmentHeavy vehicle aftermarket and parts backgroundExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Hard worker with a positive attitudeWilling to work extended hours and on weekendsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong computer skills, particularly MS OfficeBenefits
