Come join our team at the Coastal Swim Academy as an Adaptive Aquatics Instructor, teaching lifesaving water skills to children and educating parents about water safety. This position will be working directly with our special needs swimmers and will be an adaptive teacher in order to meet the needs of those children and families. The Adaptive Aquatics Instructor will be working exclusively with students with Special Needs and helping individuals with various disabilities in order to gain confidence in the water, improve their swimming skills and achieve their goals. We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves teaching and being around water. Must have experience working with special needs students in any environment. Does not have to be exclusively in a water setting.
