We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Litigator to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to showcase their skills in an environment that values innovation and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex real estate disputes and providing expert legal advice to our clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of real estate law.

Responsibilities :

• Actively manage and oversee all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, property rights, and construction issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
