Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related processes. Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) are highly preferred. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally) and software development practices. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Previous experience working in a scaled Agile environment, particularly with SAFe. Soft Skills : High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Detailed Job Description :
- Facilitate SAFe Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and SAFe-specific events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coach and Mentor : Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile and SAFe best practices and principles.
- Remove Impediments : Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Collaborate : Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on team performance, using metrics to drive improvements.
- Risk Management : Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
