Service Manager

A company is looking for a Service Manager to oversee daily operations of audit and support services. Key Responsibilities Manage record retrieval and ensure HIPAA compliance Conduct quality assurance reviews and deliver audit results Support overpayment recovery and generate comprehensive audit reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge and experience in coding and billing audits, including fraud detection Experience in healthcare audits, including overpayment recovery and legal support Understanding of HIPAA requirements and ensuring compliance Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar credentials are a plus
