SUMMARY :

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are central to delivering exceptional patient care at Rochester Regional Health. Your role is essential in positively impacting the lives of patients and their families by consistently providing care with kindness, respect, and compassion.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments, incorporating physical, psychological, educational, and developmental data.
• Effectively communicate assessment findings to the interdisciplinary team and utilize all available resources to support patient and family needs.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care, treatment, and services that reflect the patient’s needs and goals.
• Adhere to organizational policies, safety protocols, and medication administration guidelines.
• Continuously evaluate and update plans of care based on patient progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Engage in clinical research opportunities by completing one Clinical Research Utilization (CRU) form yearly based on a recent research article.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)

RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Requires exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and moving light objects constantly. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is necessary.

PAY RANGE : $37.18 - $49.92

The listed base pay range represents a good faith estimation of potential base pay for a qualified full-time applicant. This may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
