The Opportunity :

As an intelligence program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading this effort. You’ll establish and manage the project cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables asso cia ted with the work. This will include supporting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance, providing input to executive-level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives, and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. The client will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You Have :

8+ years of experience working in the DoD or IC

Experience working as a senior intelligence professional assigned to a TSOC

Experience managing complex projects that encompass multiple sub tasks

Experience as a primary interface with executive-level clients, managing communications, reporting, and development of programmatic strategies and plans

Ability to resp ond to shifting priorities and solve problems quickly

Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes

TS / SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

12+ years of experience working in the DoD or IC

Experience working on issues relevant to the CENTCOM AOR

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership

TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph

Master's degree

Program Management Certification

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
