We are currently recruiting to fill full-time, contract administrative support positions.

  • Positions will last 3-4 months

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Previous data entry and customer service experience in a professional office environment REQUIRED!
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community services, insurance, or healthcare agencies focused on coordination of services
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge and skill to work within tight timelines
  • Work Experience :  A minimum of three years of experience in community services or healthcare agencies focused on coordination services preferred.

    Education, Certificates, Licenses :  High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Knowledge : Medical terminology. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to work independently as well as to work effectively on a team. Good working knowledge of how to access community resources and healthcare system.
