Registered Dietitian – Health Coach

Location : High Point, NC (Must reside within 45 minutes)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM (flexibility required for member calls after hours)

Work Model : Hybrid – includes in-office training and ongoing onsite presence as needed up to 25% of the time. Must have own transportation. Mileage reimbursed.

Position Summary

As a Registered Dietitian Health Coach , you will play a key role in helping members achieve and maintain optimal nutritional health. You’ll assess member needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide evidence-based coaching to support sustainable lifestyle changes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using clinical tools and data
• Evaluate health literacy, technology access, and readiness for change
• Develop individualized care plans based on health status, risks, and goals

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,888.00 - $91,052.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
