Job Description :
The Editor will be responsible for editing, proofreading, and publishing agent-facing short- and long-form content. A key aspect of this role is upholding service level agreements and operational excellence standards, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for details, strong interpersonal skills, and customer obsession. Experience in one or more content management systems and content structures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Technical Writers, WFS PMs, and PXT stakeholder to deliver on requests to update and publish content in our Content Management System (CMS) within defined contact SLAs and delivery timelines.Review and edit written content for grammar and spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.Transform segments of the content portfolio from single-use to a reusable “headless” content structure, chunking unstructured long-form content into structured components.Audit existing content and editing for consistency across all content.Day to Day Rhythm :
Our team is managing articles or content for a call center, this is an entry level role. You will receive a request with guidance to edit and write content aligned with the content style guide and adhering to SLAs.Will have deadlines that need to be metWill communicate progress updates each day for reporting with team and stakeholdersRequired Skills :
2+ years’ of editing experience OR 4+ bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, editorial, English or a related fieldMS Suite skillsExcellent writing and editing skillsHigh attention to detailGood judgment and open communicationExperience editing content to align with a style guideAdvanced English language skills with full proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuationExperience working with reusable or “headless" contentExperience in one or more content management systems and content structures is preferred.BENEFITS SUMMARY : Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
