Accounts Receivable Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services. Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure equitable work assignments and timely collection goals Perform weekly quality assurance reviews and staff productivity assessments Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary actions as necessary for team members Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar setting Experience in hospital / facility billing and home infusion billing Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Must be reliable, responsible, goal-oriented, and flexible Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance
