Medical Billing Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Manager to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with billing in ECW (eClinical Works) Duties Prepare and submit accurate billing claims to insurance companies and government programs. Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any discrepancies or issues with insurance providers. Communicate with patients regarding their bills, payment plans, and insurance coverage. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, coding practices, and payer requirements. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation for billing purposes. Generate reports on billing activities and account statuses as needed. Skills Expert in billing module for eClinical Works (ECW) Strong understanding of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and insurance claim processes. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and insurance representatives. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
