Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within healthcare technology teams. Key Responsibilities : Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams working on healthcare software Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams in best practices while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards Identify and remove impediments, monitor Agile metrics, and support cross-team coordination in a scaled Agile environment Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in healthcare Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is required Familiarity with healthcare software systems and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and HITECH Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements is essential
